Who I help

If you’re cleared after surgery, but still feel lost…

BuiltAgain is for people who want more than a generic “go walk and see how it feels” plan. You want structure, safety, and progress.

Spine & discs

Restore posture, core support, and hip mechanics so your back isn’t doing all the work every time you move.

Knee

Regain flexion, control, and strength around the joint without over-loading the surgical site.

Shoulder

Rebuild rotator cuff and scapular control so reaching, pressing, and sleeping stop hurting.

Hip

Re-train hip mobility and glute strength so your lower back and knees stop compensating.

Steven Botros

Hi, I’m Steven — your rehab-smart strength coach.

Founder of BuiltAgain · NASM-CPT · B.S. in Nutrition & Exercise Science (Montclair State) · Future DPT

I’ve been where you are. Multi-level disc herniations, fracture knee joint, torn rotator cuff, nerve pain, and the fear that one wrong move could set everything back. That experience is why BuiltAgain exists.

My job is to give you a clear, safe plan so you’re not guessing your way through recovery — you’re rebuilding with intention.

FAQ

Common questions after surgery.

If you’re cleared by your doctor, you’re ready for a plan. These are the questions most clients ask before they start.

  • Am I safe to train after surgery?

Yes — as long as your surgeon or physician has cleared you for activity. We stay within their guidelines and progress based on your pain, strength, and confidence.

  • Do I need a gym?

No. Many clients start at home with minimal equipment. If you do have a gym membership, we’ll build around what you have access to.

  • What if I still have pain?

Pain is information, not failure. We train around pain, not through it, and adjust weekly based on your feedback.

  • How fast will I see results?

Most people feel a difference in how they move and how confident they feel within 2–4 weeks — and we build from there.
